10th Australian Jodo Championships

The West Australian Kendo Renmei (WAKR), in association with the Australian Kendo Renmei (AKR), is proud to be the host of the 10th Jodo and 20th Iaido National Championships to be held in Victoria Park, Perth, Western Australia. |
 |
This will be the third time that this event has been held in Western Australia, with the previous events being held in 2001 and 2005.
This event will comprise of: -
 | a 5 day seminar in both Seitei Iaido and Seitei Jodo |
| Shinpan training for senior grades in both Iaido and Jodo |
| the 20th Australian Iaido Championships |
| the 10th Australian Jodo Championships |
| the 2nd International Iaido Goodwill Competition |
| and a Dan Grading opportunity for eligible candidates from affiliated Renmei in both Iaido and Jodo |
The Seminar and International Goodwill Iaido Competition and the grading events are open to all members of the AKR and the Federation of International Kendo Affiliates (FIK).
This event provides a great opportunity for a high level of training and is the pinnacle event for Iaido and Jodo practitioners within Australia.
